Sleeping fat and weight
Numerous studies have shown that if you give people the same diet and exercise regime, people who do not sleep (who sleep 5.5 hours or less per day) lose approximately 55 percent. There are at least three factors that facilitate the process of burning fat in good refugees.
First, it is well known that you produce the greatest amount of human growth hormone during the night, but only if you are sleeping (and, in addition, if you sleep between 10 and 2 hours). This hormone, known for its anti-anginal function, not only helps you build muscle tissue, it also protects your muscles. And, as you’ve heard, the more muscles the body has, the more fat it burns.
Second, during lack of sleep (and especially if you are awake for 10 to 2 hours), your body produces too much cortisol at the wrong time. Cortisol is a stress hormone and causes a process that burns muscle tissue, slows metabolism and promotes fat storage. In other words, cortisol releases the breakdown of proteins and their conversion into fat. So you really want to sleep at night to avoid excessive production of cortisol at the wrong time. (NB: Of course, you need cortisol, but early in the morning to move the energy).
And last but not least, when you sleep well at night, your body produces melatonin, which, according to a recent publication in The Journal of Pineal Research, is a potent fat burner. Melatonin is another hormone and practically increases brown fat (that is, good fat) that works like muscle tissue because it burns white fat tissue (ie, bad fats). In fact, melatonin helps increase metabolism. In addition, melatonin has been recognized as a powerful anti-cancer and anti-inflammatory drug. But you can only produce it at night and only if you sleep!
So, if you want to look good and feel good, start early in bed and enjoy a good rest. Wait late and gradually it becomes a fat ball.
